We believe strong support starts with genuine relationships, which is why we prioritise regular face-to-face meetings with our participants wherever possible. While we can provide support via phone and video call, we are committed to getting out into the community, meeting participants in person, understanding their individual circumstances, and providing hands-on support when it matters most.
